Una traducción certificada por un perito traductor es necesaria para trámites oficiales que requieran documentos en un idioma extranjero.

Las traducciones certificadas se entregan con peritaje. Una traducción con peritaje tiene un sello, firma y leyenda del perito traductor avalado por el  Tribunal Superior de Justicia.

Para que un documento público pueda utilizarse en un país diferente a aquel que fue emitido, es necesario autentificar su origen. Una apostilla te permite certificar las firmas de los servidores públicos federales, facultados para hacer constar la validez y legitimidad de los documentos de origen nacional. 

La apostilla, al igual que la autenticación (legalización), únicamente certifica que la firma o sello que muestra el documento fue emitido por un funcionario público en ejercicio de sus funciones, pero no certifica la validez del contenido del mismo.

Los documentos expedidos en cualquier Estado de la República Mexicana, deben apostillarse en la Secretaría General de Gobierno de cada Estado. 

Los documentos federales deben ser apostillados por la Secretaría de Gobernación. 

Para apostillar documentos públicos extranjeros emitidos por países contratantes de la Convención de la Apostilla, el trámite debe realizarse ante la autoridad apostillante del país de origen, generalmente siendo el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. 

Varios países piden que la traducción de un documento público como una acta o constancia sea legalizada (con una apostilla) para tener validez, como es el caso de los Países Bajos. 

El Estado de Querétaro es uno de los pocos estados en México que reconoce a los peritos como auxiliares del Tribunal Superior de Justicia con la capacidad de registrarse en la Secretaría de Gobierno. Esto permite que las traducciones de un perito traductor registrado en la Secretaría de Gobierno de Querétaro puedan ser apostilladas. 

En el caso de Bélgica, la Embajada sólo legaliza las firmas de los traductores reconocidos por esta Embajada.

A translation certified by an expert translator is necessary for official procedures requiring documents in a foreign language.

Certified translations are delivered with an official stamp. A certified translation has a stamp, signature and legend of the expert translator endorsed by the Superior Court of Justice.

For a public document to be used in a country other than the one in which it was issued, its origin must be authenticated. An apostille allows you to certify the signatures of federal public servants, who are authorized to certify the validity and legitimacy of documents of national origin. 

The apostille, like the authentication (legalization), only certifies that the signature or seal shown on the document was issued by a public official in the exercise of his or her functions, but does not certify the validity of the content of the document.

Documents issued in any State of the Mexican Republic must be apostilled at the General Secretariat of the Government of each State. 

Federal documents must be apostilled by the Ministry of the Interior. 

To apostille foreign public documents issued by contracting countries of the Apostille Convention, the procedure must be carried out before the apostille authority of the country of origin, generally the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

Several countries require that the translation of a public document, such as a certificate, be legalized (with an apostille) in order to be valid, as is the case in the Netherlands. 

The State of Queretaro is one of the few states in Mexico that recognizes expert translators as auxiliaries of the Superior Court of Justice with the ability to register with the Secretary of Government. This allows the translations of an expert translator registered with the Secretary of Government of Queretaro to be apostilled. 

In the case of Belgium, the Embassy only legalizes the signatures of translators recognized by the Embassy.

We are registered in the Register of Experts of the Superior Court of Justice of the State of Queretaro, and we are recognized by the Embassy of Belgium and the Netherlands, which allows us to apostille and legalize our translations before these authorities.
